… & what a year it has been ❤ 1 year since the opening of The Aviary & I couldn’t be more grateful for the ongoing support from my hairdressing clients who have continued to show their loyalty & appreciation to me. Also welcoming new clients throughout the year from recommendations. I am very thankful for this & may they continue to come.
I am also thoroughly proud of the network of women that The Aviary’s meditations & my holistic treatments have gathered. I have been over joyed with the feedback I have received regarding the energy in The Aviary, the peace & tranquility that it holds. This was all a huge part of the vision I wanted for women… the safe space to simply be & feel nourished & relaxed ❤
I have a new treatment I will be announcing very soon & will continue to hold meditations & look forward to welcoming more like minded women.
I am holding 2 workshops over the next coming months with my beautiful talented sister – again all women’s wellness tapping into our creativeness which connects us to our soul to help us to get to know ourselves.
Knowing yourself & falling in love with you is true feminine power. Igniting that flame within feeling worthy & shining in all of your glory – I believe is what we are here to achieve.
I am excited for 2024 – I will pace myself & try to be mindful. Advocating self love I will lead by example by simply being myself & sharing that love with all that I encounter.
