spiritual therapy


Emotional Freedom Technique is an ancient practice designed as a somatic (physical) talking therapy. The technique targets emotions that have been suppressed in the physical body through unconscious awareness.
Our thoughts create emotions, emotions are the energetic expression of our thoughts. We are not taught to ‘feel’ we are taught to judge our expressions (emotions) & ignore them or suppress them. In other words resist them. This unconscious reaction to our emotions then causes the emotion (energy) to become trapped in our body and our energetic lines or meridian lines become blocked or restricted causing disorders – ailments – dysfunctions in our physical body.
But not only this, these suppressed emotions gather together. So for example if you are the type of person who continually resists the emotion of anger – that anger them becomes resentment and as resentment builds it obscures our perception on life, people and situations and we can become bitter and re-active.
E.F.T – emotional freedom technique allows you to look within and release. The tapping technique sends calming signals to your nervous system to inform your brain that you are safe to ‘feel’ and let go.
It helps with everything from your past, trauma and inner child wounds. From my experience so far I don’t think anyone walking this earth can say they haven’t at some time in their life experienced some form of trauma. Always remember that trauma is not ‘what’ happened to you, it is not the event but how you ‘felt’ during that experience. If we are not taught how to ‘feel’ then when we experience the uncomfortable and a lot of the time painful emotions we tend to run from them. This is what eventually catches up with us and causes our bodies and our lives the harm.
Working with clients so far the results I have seen through EFT have been phenomenal. Clients have been able to see parts of themselves that they have hidden for many years and have also been able to recognise behavioural patterns, breaking free from restrictive cycles by releasing emotions such as guilt and shame.
This work on yourself shines a light on ‘who you are’ and allows you to get to know yourself on a deeper level. It encompasses growth and spiritual evolvement clearing the path for a more peaceful and fulfilling life <3




The Aviary holds the space for us to take part in circle group meditations.
The meditations are sat in closed position to ensure that you are fully protected spiritually whilst setting the intention of connecting to your inner spirit to experience inner peace.
This time in stillness allows you to practice calming your mind – experiencing mindfulness and dropping into your heart space to feel inner peace.
This form of meditation has helped me to calm my waters within. It has enabled me to remember & feel my inner light therefore I have been able to change how I express myself and perceive situations & relationships. Since committing to meditation my life has changed dramatically and this is a result of my inner world becoming more peaceful <3
