“TRUTH NEVER ATTACKS – IT MERELY IS !”
“The truth hurts !” but why ?? TRUTH is all there should be. To be true to ourselves is standing in our power – strength – light & peace.
Unfortunately society is based on LIES & FEAR. The way we have been conditioned to run from & dislike the FACTS which are TRUTH. Being raised in a world of judgement – shame & guilt.
Raised from a young age to be silenced. Taught to give respect when it is not given to us. Our voices are not counted as valid. Silenced when expressing our opinion or when we do not agree with the ‘hierarchy.’ Scalded for being ‘cheeky.’ “Do as you’re told!” Demands we are given when we could be given guidance. Order instead of LOVE.
We are born FEARLESS !! We are born expressive – telling everyone around us when we are in need. We are totally connected to our mind – body – spirit ❤
Then as we grow the battle commences … we know what we want & how to be true to ourselves but we are told NO!! It is not safe or that it is not what is expected. You have to do it the way that whoever is ‘raising’ you wants it done. This is when we are taught to shrink. The truth that is in our hearts starts to obscure & we begin to loose ourselves. Then we go to school with a lot of other humans & all conditioned to behave in the exact same way – how does this make sense when we are all unique & individual.
Our education foundations based on the ‘hierarchy’s’ expectations. They choose a curriculum for the whole country to follow. Ideally wanting us to pursue jobs that our nation needs to keep the country & economy running. If you don’t fit in any of these boxes you are deemed a nuisance or disruptive – uncooperative in a class of 30 children & punished or shamed. Your spirit ridiculed for simply not fitting a criteria that has been set by another human being. A human being that doesn’t know you yet is in charge of your learning & direction.
Then we strive towards careers for money – materials – possessions. We are led to believe in order to achieve these careers we must tie ourselves down to obscene amounts of credit & debt – creating a nouse around our necks before we have even begun 1 single day in the work place. What happened to ‘life experience?’ Learning first hand on the job & mixing with ordinary working people?
False Idols – qualifications !! In order to progress or move forward in your life you have to have your knowledge certified by another human that is employed to regulate you. We worship the false idols that have been placed on pedestals to distract us further & keep us from ourselves. We are led to believe that we have to be constantly checked & tested. Placing so much stress & pressure on ourselves & shrinking all the more believing that we are not good enough or capable enough. We compare ourselves to each other constantly & set the bar of perfection. What is perfect ?? Who set the standards of perfectionism??
When it comes to building our relationships again we are given targets at a young age of the ‘ideal’ partner you should be seeking. We scan for status. We are attracted to peoples looks & bodies – the physical rather than the spirit within. The true connection that we yearn for. We think in a relationship that we own each other – that we are each others possessions & that we should have control over what each other say & do. Is this LOVE ?? This is usually why the majority of 1st relationships cause utter confusion, conflict & turmoil.
EVERYTHING WE ARE TAUGHT TO SEEK IN A PARTNER IS FALSE !
Which leads us to realising that we can’t rely on our fickle relationships. Something is missing. We feel lonely. We can be surrounded by people, friends – partners but there is a hole. Our minds are constantly in active mode & we struggle to switch off. Our whole lives we have been distracting ourselves with quick fixes. Materials – People – Places ! All external sources thinking that these will lead to our happiness…
NOTHING OUTSIDE OF US WILL EVER COMPLETE US !
So the journey begins ❤ The seeking of happiness.
YOU HAVE TO UN LEARN ALL THAT YOU KNOW… as the foundations are made of sand & will not & do not last. Time to re-build.
To seek TRUTH ❤ & that TRUTH lies within you & has always been there.
That is WHO you are & the happiness & completeness that you crave will burst through your heart the more you release the FEARS – chains & shackles of the world that you have created.
You have built yourself a prison – with no windows … terrified of what others will think. Needing desperately to control every aspect & angle of your life to the fine detail to help you to feel safe.
LIFE IS UNCONTROLLABLE & will happen with or without you.
Learn to LET GO !!!! Stop resisting & battling & simply FLOW ❤
It is time for the sledge hammer – smash down those brick walls you have built around you & step into the SUN !!
Look in the mirror & tell yourself you LOVE who you are !! Reach into your heart & discover your true self. Let your emotions guide you – listen to your feelings. Learn about yourself & let go of everything that other people have told you about who you are because nobody knows – only you !!
LOVE your partner because you feel a bond with them from the heart. See their spirit within. Connect & find joy in each other with the things you are compatable with & can share on a daily basis. Be independant & admire each others strengths & qualities. Be as one & treat each other as you would treat yourself. With respect & admiration. EQUAL ❤
Raise your children with love & guidance. Let their spirits flourish. Let them know that you respect them – their opinions their ideas their beautiful creative minds. Encourage them – hold them when they need you but with hold your love at times to allow them to evolve. Their spirits need to experience life. Never project fear onto them – instead let them help you in healing your fears – together – family – unity. Wonderful bonds that will last forever as you teach them how unique & individual we all are yet we are all the same ❤ We are all living in abundance of peace & harmony because that is what you feel inside & that is what will shine into the world.
Speak your truth – own your life – step into the creator that you were created to be –
FULFILL YOUR PURPOSE BY SIMPLY BEING YOURSELF ❤
& enjoy the journey… learn – laugh – cry & live !!
When we are free we are POWERFUL beyond belief.
