Connect to your Inner – Spirit

WHO ARE YOU ?? WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE?? WHAT BRINGS YOU JOY??

How frequently do you ask yourself these questions?? Alot of us would say – I have never asked myself these questions… which really when you sit & think about it – is obsurd !!

‘Who you are’ – are not the roles that you play in your life either. A mother – a daughter – a wife … these are masks that we slip on. Wearing masks is exhausting !!

Living up to standards & expectations. When do you get time to just simply ‘be you’??

Time is available to us all – we have to make time to connect with ourselves. This is what has been lost in our frantic Western World the most frequent statement – ‘I don’t have time !!’

Life will not slow down for you – you have to physically make it.

Finding your purpose – seek & you will find.

Dont settle … you are here to LIVE ❤ to experience all that you can & when you take the time to connect with your inner spirit you will be guided. Your emotions … your God given guidance system that we have been taught to suppress. This is our biggest dis-connection.

Our emotions guide us to our path. When you feel joy – excitement – love – forfillment you are of course on the right path. You are NOT here to suffer – you are NOT here to be at the bottom of the pile… giving to everyone you love & never giving the love & respect to yourself.

YOU ARE WORTHY ❤ as much as every other living being on this Earth !!

You have the power within when you connect with yourself & realise that the light inside of you is bursting to be seen.

You just have to be WILLING to make small changes … each day in discovering YOU ❤

CLOSED MEDITATION.

This is a powerful practice in connecting with your inner – spirit.

Find a quiet space – you can sit in silence or play some nice relaxing music.

Sitting upright – right leg crossed over left – left hand cupped in right.

Fully protecting your energy – nothing in – nothing out.

Ask for protection whilst in your meditation.

Close your eyes & take 3 deep breaths – in through the nose & out through the mouth releasing all the air from your diaphragm.

& SIMPLY BE for aslong as you need. 5 / 10 / 15 minutes. Work your way up.

Observe your thoughts. Do not emotionally react to any thoughts just observe & let them disperse.

RELAX.

When you have finished ALWAYS close down your meditation by simply saying –

I CLOSE THIS MEDITATION DOWN ❤

INNER STRENGTH.

When you begin to fully connect to your spirit your Inner – Strength will grow. You will truly start to flourish – to glow & to stand tall.

Your light is needed in this world – because it illuminates the path for others.

Your energy centres will be free & you will see a positive effect on your life.

YOU WILL SHINE as you are meant to & lift the vibrations of everyone you meet.
